- Oversaw the operation of 49 buildings and related equipment in and around the Huntsville area.
- Strong maintenance, repair, mechanical and environmental systems knowledge and expertise.
- Extensive trouble shooting experience.
- Initiated energy conservation projects and worked as a team to ensure the projects were completed on time and within budget.
- Tendered and supervised numerous renovation projects, including re roofing, boiler replacement, window replacement, new thermal siding etc.
- Entrepreneurial work ethic applied to every task.
- Continuous First Aid training
